To provide an exceptional service to our clients each new patient is required to read and follow our terms and conditions carefully. Booking an appointment means you read, fully understand and agree to them.

* Our visits are by appointment only, as we do not usually accept walk in patients. Please call our offices or arrange by our Contacts section for your appointment in advance. We will be more than happy to answer any questions and provide you with any information you require!

Insurance Coverage
* Natural Medicine services are not covered by the provincial government or OHIP, yet this expenses may be covered by private insurance plans. Consult with your insurance company, taking into account the provincial specifics. For example, our services in QC could be covered by most of insurance companies (Great West Life, Sun Life, Desjardins, SSQ etc.) .
Fees
* Our services are currently HST exempt. You should familiarize yourself with our fees on the Prices section in advance.
* Payment is due in full at the end of each visit and a receipt will be given when payment is received.
* Please note that refunds are not available on the services rendered, including lab tests performed.
Late visit
* It is common courtesy to show up for your visit on time. If you arrive late, your appointment may be cut short and it may make the next appointment tardy as well.
* Visits that begin late due to a patient’s late arrival will be charged the full visit fee. Consideration will be given for unforeseeable circumstances, at the discretion of the health care provider.
Cancelled or Missed Appointment
* Twenty-four (24) hours notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Otherwise, 50% of the full visit fee will be charged. This time has been reserved for you and if left open means someone in waiting cannot take the opening. We endeavor to send you a reminder of your appointment by phone or via email; however, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments.
